(1) Those who hold a doctorate degree or an equivalent degree by

subjects of the undergraduate and graduate courses in close cooperation
with related faculty members in the department.

(7) Those who understand Japanese culture, history, and customs, and

Selection process:
In the selection process, the ability and aptitude to conduct
independent research and education, in close cooperation with the
faculty members of the department, will be evaluated.
1st stage screening: Document evaluation.
2nd stage screening: Research presentation (in English or Japanese) and
interview at Matsue Campus of Shimane University (in English or
Japanese). Simulated trial lesson might be required.

(5) Employment status: Discretionary labor system shall be applied after
obtaining consent (Deemed working hours per day: 7 hours 45 minutes).
